The 4th grade classes at Bright Beginnings put on an "Arizona Music Concert" this morning to celebrate Arizona's 98th birthday (did you know Arizona's birthday is on February 13th?). I cried through the ENTIRE program. SO proud of my kids' school (BEST school in the world, as far as I'm concerned!), SO proud of my kid (he was SO proud of his shirt and tie, his special part on the xylophone, and his special "yelling" part in one of the songs), SO proud to have Penny Carpenter as Max's music teacher (she is phenomenal, and has taught the children SO much - she is such a wonderful music teacher), and HOW CUTE do these kids look all dressed up? I couldn't get over how adorable the boys all looked in their little shirts, ties, belts, and nice pants. Max actually enjoyed getting all dressed up and you could tell he felt "special" today.
Max "auditioned" for his big part on the "C" note for one of the songs.
