Max and Luke played in their first golf tournament. They did great. Papa caddied for Luke and I caddied for Max. When we were walking down the first fairway, Max said, "this is cool, it is like we are pros!".
It was a great time of teaching the boys etiquette on the greens, marking their ball, not walking in other players lines, etc.
After the 9 hole tournament, Luke won a $20 gift card to Dick's Sporting Goods in a raffle. Max won a sandwich to a local sandwich shop. They also got a bunch of coupons and freebies from local businesses. They had a blast! They said, "we want to do that next year!"...I said, "we will do it again before 'next year'".
