Rich and I try to look at the family calendar together at least a couple times a week...We had to take a double take when we looked at this weekend, and saw nothing written down! YIPEE! No plans for Saturday or Sunday!So, mommy came up with a master plan...
Let's go on the light rail and have an adventure! We called up the Verdugo's (Rick was working) and away we went! We took the light rail down to Mill Ave, grabbed some lunch at Fat Burger (YUM), splashed around at the splash pad (Tempe Town Lake), and ended up at the Verdugo's house! Laurie cooked us a fabulous Italian meal and we called it a day. A SUPER SATURDAY! Thank you, Laurie, Josh, Sarah and Tess for joining in the fun and for making us such a yummy dinner!!!
