Happy Birthday, Daniel!

My nephew and Godson, Daniel turned 9 today! We celebrated at the Bragelman's with everyone (including Granna and Grandpa that live here now, YEAH!) including Daniel's best friend, Justin. Uncle Bryce surprised the big kids with a night of lazer tag and a sleepover! Fun night!!!! Happy Birthday, Daniel - we love you!

The new and improved Max!

Max got glasses today! He can SEE now! It was priceless to see his reaction when he put on the glasses - he looked around and said, "WOW! I can see!" He kept taking them off, looking around, then putting them back on and just was amazed by how clear everything was!!!

Samuel Hank's Dedication Day!

We had Sam dedicated to the Lord this evening. All our friends and family were there to celebrate with us. John, Julie and Olivia Council came all the way from Arkansas! John and Julie are Sam's Godparents. We love you, and Jesus loves you sweet Samuel!

Sweet Olivia Caroline!!!

Olivia Council is visiting us from Arkansas this weekend with her parents, John and Julie (Sam's Godparents) for Sam's Dedication weekend! Luke and Olivia hit it off! Luke was so sweet to her the whole weekend, and she really took a liking towards him! Can you tell?????

Papa was watching the boys while Rich and I were on a date, and we found them like this when we got home. Luke couldn't fall asleep in his bed, so sweet Papa helped him out!

Ice Cream Time!!

Today is Luke's "real birthday". He got this ice cream with a special coupon he got e-mailed to him from Cold Stone Creamery. Can't beat FREE ice cream! After a few bites, he apparantly thought the coupon was for THREE ice cream. He whispered to Anne, "next I want vanilla"...she said, "this is the only ice cream you are getting"...then he said, "But Daddy said I was getting FREE ice cream". (Like many 4 year olds, Luke pronounces his "Th's" with "F's")

He bought Max and Daddy ice cream with his birthday $ from The Colorado McClure's.....Thanks McClure's!!!

We had to buy some Lemonade from the vendor who yells the following:

I'm a cute baby! And Anne is a cute mommy!
Sam says, "OK, I have had enough......Let's go home". It was 114 degrees today, it was a little hot on the walk back to the car!

Luke's 4th Birthday Party!

Luke had a great time at his Slash Pad birthday party! His cousins and a few friends had a great time as well....it was HOT!!

Luke's first day of "4 year old" Pre-K

Luke had his first day of pre-Kindergarten today :)
He had to miss the "real first day" which was on Tuesday, because he was sick with a high fever - he was so sad to miss it!
He was SET this morning with his Power Ranger back pack, spiderman lunch box and spiderman water bottle! We walked into the room, and right when he saw his teachers and some of the same students from last year he shouted, "I have been waiting and waiting to see all of you! I was sick, but I'm all better now!" It was priceless :)
He had a great day, and can't wait to turn 4 on Monday!!!

Max is a 2nd Grader!!

Max had a great first day of 2nd grade!

He was all decked out in his Transformers shirt, back pack, and lunch box! Of course, Luke had to be decked out in Max's back pack and lunch box from last year :). Luke will start his school on August 7! Luke and Sam were excited to send him off on his first day!

He really likes his new teacher, Mrs. Lebtich, and was happy to see lots of friends that he knew in his class!

After a fun filled first day of school he said, "Wow, 2nd grade is WAY easier than 1st grade!"
And about Mrs. Lebtich, he said, "She is really good at what she does."
