Max and McCain!

Senator McCain came to our church Friday night! We enjoyed listening to him talk about issues, his personal life, and enjoyed his passion and enthusiasm! After wards, Max and Luke marched right up to him, shook his hand, and Max said, "Senator McCain...I did a report on you!" Senator McCain said, "That's wonderful! Will you please send it to me?"
Pretty exciting night!

Girls Just Wanna Have FUN...

What a special day...

I had the HONOR of spending some QUALITY time with my sweet niece, Julia! Poor thing is surrounded by BOYS all day every day.....so Lynn and I decided to give her a BREAK! Aunt Annie and Julia did all the things girls LOVE to do...

ATE at our favorite restaurant, Applebee's...

We walked out of the nail shop and Julia said, "That is the car I want when I'm older!" So I took her picture next to her "dream car"...

We then went to Michael's craft store and she picked out a piggy bank (she collects them) to decorate...

SLUMBER PARTY time...she slept on the top bunk and I on the bottom!

Morning, sunshine! A nice, quiet breakfast...

We had such a great time hanging out, talking, laughing, and just being GIRLS.
We had a 10 minute conversation on lip moisturizers.....I just don't get to do that with a house full of boys.....

Happy 4th of July...

Happy 4th! After our annual BIKE PARADE at Power Ranch....

We enjoyed some "oooing" and "ahhhing" that evening!

Cousins Trip 2010!

What a WONDERFUL tradition Uncle Adam started with the cousins! It all started with little Max and Annika (5 and 6 years old) going to Sea World 5 years ago! And now, they are up to 5 cousins (you get to go on the trip when you turn 5), and this year they hit all the HOT SPOTS in Phoenix (they spent each night at the Rasmussen's) ! They visited the Sea Life Aquarium, did some Geo Caching, swimming, saw the Karate Kid movie, tie dyed t-shirts, did a bike parade and dive in movie and had a ball spending 4 days together! Thanks, Uncle Adam. We are so blessed.
