Is this really happening? Is my little baby nephew and Godson, Daniel REALLY in junior high and REALLY turning 12? Yes, it is.
We had such a fun time celebrating our favorite oldest boy cousin!
His sweet sister, Julia SURPRISED him with a "speech" on "why I love Daniel"

Daniel then did a mini recital for us of his SOLO he gets to do with the Jazz Band (only 7th grader trumpet in the band might I add!)
Can I also add that Daniel just became STUDENT COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE for ALL of 7th grade...seriously...there's NO stopping this kid! PROUD Aunt, here!
